• NO SMOKING or chewing tobacco, no drugs or alcohol.

• Observe 5 mph speed limit and obey all signs. 

• Closed-toe shoes are required at all times.

• Everyone who leaves his or her vehicle must sign a liability release.

• Leave your dogs at home, or in the car if they are safe and quiet.  

• Riders under 18 must wear an approved riding helmet.

• Riders under age 18 must be supervised when jumping.

• Horses in crossties and horses tied anywhere on the grounds, must be supervised.

• No turnouts in arena.  This helps preserve the footing.

• An adult must closely supervise children under age 16.

• Never hook a crosstie chain onto a bridle, reins, bit, or stud chain.

• An onsite supervisor is required for horses in turnout.

• Farriers must work in the crossties, and dispose of all debris.


TMEC hours are from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm daily. Arena is watered and groomed daily. Arena and round-pen hours are 7:00 am to 8:00 pm daily, and lights are off at 8:00 pm. Horses are to be returned to their stalls by 8:30 pm.
