Boarding Rates

Feeding the best quality hay is the foundation of health for horses. Our colic rate has been next to nothing over the past eight years. TMEC Managers personally feed each horse, and we purchase only the best quality retail hay. 24 X 40 mare motel stall; 12-foot center isle, 16 x 24-foot overhang, lined with rubber mats, ground feeders, automatic waterers, pelleted absorbent for urine and pine shavings included. Trunks are required for blanket storage.

40 X 100 PRIVATE paddock with shelter; no-climb fence with polytape solar electric fencing, ground feeders, automatic waterers, Woody Pet and pine shavings, close proximity to trailers & trails. Boarders are welcome to keep a weatherproof storage cabinet at their horse's large paddock. Trunks are required for blanket storage.

Additional daily flake of Alfalfa or Bermuda - $40.00/month
Additional daily flake of Timothy or Orchard - $60.00/month
Substitute one daily flake of Timothy or Orchard in place of Alfalfa or Bermuda - $20.00/month extra

Short-term board rates 1-60 days - $20/day; One month's prepaid board and $300.00 refundable deposit per horse is required.

TMEC houses 30 horses. Regular board rates include two 6-pound flakes of Alfalfa and/or Bermuda per day. Each additional daily flake of Alfalfa or Bermuda costs us $40.00 per month.

For each daily flake of Orchard or Timothy in place of one Alfalfa or Bermuda flake, add $20.00 per month. Each extra daily flake of Orchard or Timothy costs us $60.00 per month.

Corrals are cleaned daily. All manure is removed from the property weekly. Spalding Labs' Fly Predators and fly bags are also used for fly control.

Mares with suckling foals - no extra charge except extra shavings, absorbent, extra hay, and supplements when necessary.

Horse trailer parking is $30.00/month to TMEC boarders.

Pine shavings & pelleted absorbent (we like Woody Pet for it's deodorizing qualities) are provided for urine absorption. Extra bags are available to boarders at cost.

Feeding premixed supplements AM or PM - $30.00/month
